Services are provided subject to actual availability, technical capabilities, staff workload and the service offering at the specific location.
The service provider offers hand car washing, interior cleaning, body care, sticker removal/application and other automotive care services.
The scope, duration and price of specific services may vary depending on the vehicle's size, condition, level of soiling, need for additional work and chosen location.
Photos and descriptions on the website, social media or other promotional material are for informational purposes only. Actual results may vary depending on the vehicle's condition.
Appointments are booked in advance by contacting the service provider via social media, email, phone or another method clearly specified by the provider.
The client must provide accurate information about the vehicle, desired services and preferred time when booking.
If it becomes apparent on arrival that the vehicle's condition, size or scope of work does not match the information provided at booking, the service provider has the right to change the service price, adjust the duration, offer an alternative time slot or refuse to provide the service if it cannot be delivered safely or to the required quality standard.
The client must arrive at the agreed time.
If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the service provider has the right to reduce the scope of service, reschedule the appointment or cancel the service if the delay makes it impossible to maintain the day's schedule.
Appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be done no later than 2 hours before the agreed time.
The service provider has the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to technical failures, staff illness, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be offered another available time slot.
Service prices are displayed at the service location, on the website, social media or provided to the client individually before work begins.
Prices may change, however the price agreed at the time of booking confirmation applies, except where additional work is required upon arrival or inaccurate information was provided at booking.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank card, bank transfer against a contract and issued invoice, gift voucher or loyalty card, where such payment options are available.
If additional work is identified during the service, it will only be carried out after prior agreement with the client.
The client must inform the provider of all known defects, sensitive areas, non-sealed parts, loosely attached components, repainted areas, damaged paintwork, damaged films, stickers or other potential risk factors.
The service provider has the right to inspect the vehicle before work begins and note visible defects, damage or wear.
The client must remove all valuables, cash, documents, electronic devices and other personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins.
The client must provide accurate information about the vehicle and selected service.
The client must ensure the vehicle is technically suitable for the service to be provided.
The client must promptly notify the service provider if they notice a possible defect or damage after the service has been provided.
The service provider is responsible for providing services professionally and diligently, taking into account the specific vehicle's condition and the chosen service.
The service provider is not liable for: damage existing prior to the service; hidden defects; weakened, damaged or poorly repainted paintwork; previously repaired or improperly secured parts; old, damaged or poorly adhered films, stickers, emblems or decorative elements; damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client; or loss or damage of items left in the vehicle.
If the service ordered involves removal of stickers, films, adhesives or other materials, the client acknowledges that the final result also depends on the current condition of the surface and materials.
If the client believes the service was not provided correctly, they must notify the service provider as soon as possible — preferably on the same day — verbally or in writing.
A written complaint must include the client's full name, contact details, date and location of visit, vehicle details, nature of the complaint, desired resolution and, where possible, photos or other supporting evidence.
The service provider must examine the client's complaint free of charge and provide a detailed, reasoned written response within 14 days of receipt.
All disputes are resolved through negotiation in the first instance.
If the client is not satisfied with the service provider's response, is only partially satisfied or no response is given within 14 days, the consumer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution.
Before applying to the Authority, the consumer must first contact the service provider in writing and clearly state their claim.
Personal data provided by the client is processed for the purposes of service registration, administration, communication, billing and complaint handling.
The personal data processing procedure is set out in detail in a separate Privacy Policy.
The service provider reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
The latest version of the terms is published on the website or through other communication channels used by the service provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
