How stickers are removed
Surface assessment
The master inspects the sticker or vinyl and determines the appropriate removal technique based on the material and body condition.
Heating
The sticker is heated with a heat gun — this softens the adhesive and allows the vinyl to be gently removed without damaging the paint.
Removal & adhesive cleaning
The sticker is removed slowly and evenly. Adhesive residue is cleaned with specialist solvents that do not damage the paint.
Polishing (if needed)
If a sticker outline or surface difference remains after removal — the panel is polished to achieve a fully uniform paint surface.
